Texas Constitutional Amendments

Make sure you understand what changes these amendments will bring to our state.
You can enter your Name and Address on HarrisVotes.com to obtain YOUR Sample Ballot, which you may print, mark and bring with you to your Vote Center. Sample Ballots for the November 4, 2025, Joint General and Special Election are available at this this link: https://www.harrisvotes.com/Voter/Whats-on-my-Ballot ************************************* Texas law requires voters to present an approved photo ID at the Vote Center. Acceptable IDs include:
  • Texas driver’s license or ID card
  • Texas Election ID Certificate
  • U.S. passport
  • Military ID card
  • U.S. citizenship certificate with photo
IF you DO NOT have one. You can still vote by completing a Reasonable Impediment Declaration (RID) and providing another form of identification. Speak to the Election Judge at the Vote Center. If they do not offer a RID, ask to speak to the Alternate Judge or ask them to call the Harris County Election Office.
